R O C K E R   C H I C

This tut was written on June 12, 2010.
It is written using PSPX2; I'm sure the same effects are available in other versions.

SUPPLIES
A tube and a closeup.
A star either you can make or use the ones I provided here.
I'm using the work of Keith Garvey. You need to purchase a license to use this work from MY PSP.
Scrap kit called Rock Revolution by MisFits Scraps, please go and get this marvelous
set from MizFits Scraps,
Thank you very much for the use of your scrap kit, Yvette and Missy.

The following filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise:  Transparent Haze
MuRa's Meister - Copies

Font of choice (I'm using "Scriptorama Hostess")

Let's begin!

Pick a color you would wish for your background, a
solid color works best and one that matches your tube or highlights it.
But your free to do use what look that you like the best.

Open a new image, 600x250.

Floodfill your image with the color of your choice.

Add the layer of stars to your background.  I have included the stars
I made here - just right click and save.  You can use them.

Mura Meister - Line/Tiling(angle) * see my settings on the screen shot

Duplicate this layer twice.

On the first apply the settings on my screen shots.  Eye Candy 4000, HSB Noise with a setting of Transparent Haze.

On the second layer, do as above only hit the button Random Seed, then apply.
On the third layer, do as you did above only hit the button Random Seed, then apply.

Now paste your tube to the forum tag - place where you want on your tag.

Add drop shadow your personal favorite.

I used the drums and the word art from the Scrap kit.

On the drums - I copied the original and closed it.
I changed the colors to match the tube.
I also resized them down to 140 pixels.
Add a bit of drop shadow your personal favorite.

I pasted the close-up of the tube (it didn't have a guitar in the tube)
and resized it and pasted it so it was behind the drums.
I also turned the blend on this tube to Luminance Legacy.  You are free to do as you like.

I pasted the word art Rocker Chick and then gave it Eye Candy 4000 - gradient glow
setting of 5 - then went to color and clicked on thin - then picked the red from the guitar.
I applied this twice, but that is totally your choice.

Now is a great time to add your copyright information and license number if you need to.

I took the crop tool and made the measurements to 150 X 150,
so that I was able to get all the animated stars also.  I added my copyright and license to this.

Now time to Animate your set after doing the forum tag do the same animation directions  to the avatar.

Open your Animation Shop, then back to PSP

First layer, copy merge then take the copy to Animation Shop and paste as a New Animation.

Back to PSP and close the first layer of stars and open the second.

Second layer, copy merge then take it to Animation Shop and paste after Current Frame.

Back to PSP and close the second layer and open the third.
Copy Merged and take the copy to Animation Shop and paste after Current Frame.

Here is another example, using the work of Fantasio:  You need to purchase a license
to use this work from Mistaken Art.
